Booking Terms and Conditions

These Booking Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to all bookings made with The Pearl Transfer (the "Company"). By making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Confirmation and Cancellation:

1.1. The booking will be confirmed by email upon agreement between the Company and the customer.

1.2. The customer may cancel the booking at any time by notifying the Company via email.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service incur no cancellation fees.

2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price.

3. Amendments to Bookings:

3.1. Any amendments to bookings must be communicated to the Company via email.

3.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate amendments, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.

4. Refunds:

4.1. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.

5. Company's Right to Cancel:

5.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.

5.2. In the event of a cancellation by the Company, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any payments made.
